Returns and Exchanges

The best part about handmade ceramics is that no two pieces are exactly the same. I aim to describe each piece correctly however the nature of clay and glazes mean that there may be some slight variations. 

Please read the descriptions carefully as I do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

I strive to package all orders carefully to ensure your order arrives safely however cannot be responsible for any  damage that occurs during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 24 hours of receiving your package to discuss options. 

Custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
